We want you to LOVE every Funfinity purchase! But if something’s not quite right, we’re happy to help you out.
You can request a return or exchange if:
● You received the wrong product
● The product is damaged or broken
● Items are missing from your order
Important: An unboxing video is required to process any return or exchange request—please record the unboxing when opening your package.
You must request the return or exchange within 3 days of delivery, provided that:
● Items are in their original condition
● Tags are attached
● Product is unused and undamaged
Customers must return items via a traceable courier at their own cost, and include:
● A copy of the invoice
● A brief reason for the return
Delivery charges are non-refundable.
A refund is only applicable if the product is:
● Broken or faulty, and
● Reported to us within 72 hours of delivery via email at funfinitypk@gmail.com
Once your return is received, we will notify you by email/message. After inspection, we’ll inform you if the refund is approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 working days (excluding Sundays) and credited to your original or requested payment method.
Important deductions:
● A portion for government taxes and payment gateway/platform fees will be deducted (i.e, ~4% for government tax, ~5% for payment gateway fees if applicable)
● Shipping charges are non-refundable
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
● Inflatable toys
● Factory-sealed products
● Remote-controlled or battery-operated items
● Not-for-profit or promotional products
